Job Description
- Operating Room Nurses are responsible for performing at a competent level nursing practice and according to the standards of practice for
- the area. Performs patient care and service through a multidisciplinary team approach. Functions to maintain an environment of caring and
- concern for patients and staff members according to principles of patient focused care and customer service.
- Submission Requirements
- 3+ Years of Circulating Experience - [REQUIRED]
- Proficient in Ortho - specifically total joints, hip fx, arthroscopy, ORIFs, and shoulder scopes and replacements - [REQUIRED]
- Proficient with the following: General, Neuro, Vascular, Gyn, and Urology
- [REQUIRED]
- Candidate's Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)

- Work history
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Operating Room) - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Nursys must state Active Illinois/IL License - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

- Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
