Requirements:
- Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Vermont
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- No current or prior discipline on professional license or certification
- Completion of competency exam and required immunizations
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
