Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with new business clients and retail customers face-to-face
  • After training is complete – understanding product knowledge
  • Meeting the needs of our clients with integrity
  • Creating a positive experience for our customers
  • Account management and retention
  • Team and account development
  • Key liaison between client and customer
  • Client relationship-building and problem-solving
