Position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule. We are open 7 days a week, 13 hours daily. Some outdoor customer interaction will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow during assigned shifts
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, professional wash environment
- Open and close the site according to company procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and equipment checks
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance and quality standards
- Monitor wash tunnel and lot operations for safety, quality, and equipment functionality
- Troubleshoot and assist with minor equipment issues or escalate to management as needed
- Ensure all employees follow safety guidelines, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
- Maintain accurate shift reports, inventory counts, and daily logs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Support management with scheduling, onboarding new hires, and performance feedback
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisor role preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable transportation
