Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Lead to lead our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring that our team meets performance goals while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory effectively, ensuring stock levels are maintained and organized.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with customers and vendors over the phone.
• Implement organizational strategies provided by GM to improve workflow efficiency within the store.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and open communication.
• Assist in selling products by engaging with customers and promoting store promotions.

Experience
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in inventory management practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour plus tip share

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
