Ewing-Dunn, Incorporated is a leading concessionaire in the Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina. Committed to delivering a memorable customer service experience, Ewing-Dunn delivers a variety of refreshing food options for travelers in their various brands including Auntie Anne's Pretzels, Brioche Doree', and Cinnabon.

They are currently seeking talented, high energy, customer service-focused people to join their team as Hourly Shift Managers. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age, have one to two years restaurant supervisory experience, be able to pass a federal background check, have the ability to lift 25 to 30 lbs., stand for extended periods of time, and have reliable transportation.

Shift Managers should have proven organizational skills, flexible to working opening and/or closing shifts, and be successful at positively motivating crew members for results.

Multi-unit and pastry/coffee experience is a plus.

Hourly Shift Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Facilitating the successful open and close of restaurant operations
• Scheduling
• Maintaining all required logs and/or recordkeeping
• Handle or assist in resolving customer concerns
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and compliance with Health and Food Safety and Sanitization Standards
• Adherence to cash handling procedures
• Completion of cash and credit card transactions as necessary
• Product replenishment
• Responsiveness to customer and business needs
• Other duties as assigned
