About the Schedule:
Our store hours are 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
We offer shifts from 6:30 AM–2:00 PM or 1:00 PM–7:00 PM only.
This schedule is designed to support work-life balance, so you’ll typically have your evenings and holidays free.
We are looking for dedicated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to grow with our team.

If you’re passionate about healthy food, enjoy learning, and love engaging with others, this is the perfect opportunity. We’re hiring a Team Leader to help guide daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and prepare fresh smoothies and beverages with care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, responsive, and knowledgeable customer service
- Blend, juice, and prep fresh fruits and vegetables
- Craft smoothies, juices, and coffee beverages to high standards
- Handle POS transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Manage inventory and monitor supply needs
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
- Address customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Support and motivate team members in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- 2+ years in food service
- 1+ year of management or leadership experience
- Experience with POS systems and inventory software
- Comfortable in a high-volume café environment
- Barista and/or juicing experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team and connecting with others
- Takes pride in quality and is eager to learn new things
- Responsible, punctual, and calm under pressure
