About the Role:
Join RRS Doghouse LLC as a Shift Lead at Pet Supplies Plus in Owasso, OK! This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a passionate team while providing exceptional service to pet owners and their furry friends.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards.
- Manage inventory, including stocking shelves and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and troubleshooting pet-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash register operations and oversee financial transactions during shifts.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and merchandising displays.
- Provide feedback to management on team performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of pet care products and services is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
