Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
Step up into a leadership role at one of Central Florida's most visited destinations. As a Shift Lead, you are responsible for coordinating the Garage Service Personnel (GSPs) within your assigned garage on every shift, ensuring seamless traffic flow, consistent guest service, and strict adherence to District standards. One Shift Lead is required in every garage on every shift.
Key Responsibilities
› Coordinate and direct GSP team members within your assigned garage throughout the shift
› Serve as the primary operational point of contact within the garage
› Monitor overall traffic flow and make real-time adjustments to manage congestion
› Ensure all GSPs are on station, performing duties correctly, and meeting service standards
› Assist with guest escalations and complex service situations
› Report operational issues, safety concerns, and incidents to the on-site Supervisor
› Support emergency response procedures and coordinate team response
› Ensure all barriers, cones, and equipment are properly deployed and maintained
› Cover GSP duties as needed to maintain adequate coverage on the floor
› Complete required documentation and shift reports accurately and on time
Minimum Requirements
› Prior experience in parking operations, traffic management, or a supervisory/lead role preferred
› Must be MOT/TTC certified
› Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
› Strong communication and decision-making skills
› Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations
› Valid Florida Class D Driver's License
Work Environment
Multi-level parking garage environment — both indoor and outdoor. Leads must be mobile throughout the garage during their shift, operating golf carts and company vehicles as needed. Exposure to vehicle traffic, exhaust fumes, outdoor weather, and varying noise levels.
Shifts: AM shift 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM | PM shift 3:15/3:45 PM – 12:00/12:30 AM
Schedule: 7 days per week — weekend availability required
