Roofing, siding, windows & decks sub-contractor

We are looking for an honest, dependable contractor experienced in roofing, siding, windows and deck installation and repairs.

·        Must be licensed in home improvement in the state of Maryland and Delaware.

·        Must be insured (show a certificate of insurance).

·        Prefers applicants who are bonded.

·        Experienced in installing roofing (asphalt shingles and metal roofing), siding, windows, and decks in new and old residential construction.

·        Must able to work on walkable and non-walkable roofs.

·        Knowledge in how to install modified Bittman, TPO, EPDM granulated surfaces, torch downs is a plus.

·        Must have your own reliable transportation, tools, and labor force (including workman’s compensation.)

·        On call as jobs come in.

·        Need to work independently or as a team.

·        Must be able to work at least a  30-mile radius from the 21629 Zip code.

·        Must agree to a labor warranty for work performed.

·        Job pays by the square and experience.

·        Must have good communication skills, be a good listener, be able to follow directions, and work independently

·        References required (references may be from previous employers, & customers along with your years of experience with them) & photos of work accomplishments.
