Casting Line Operator

Job Title: Casting Line Operator
Location: Dracut, MA
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

• Drug screen and background check required

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Must be available for Fridays and extended hours as needed based on production.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Casting Line Operator to monitor production equipment, perform machine adjustments, and complete changeovers to keep the casting line running efficiently and safely.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and understand English
• Flexibility to work additional hours when needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow work orders and production instructions
• Set up and adjust machines according to procedures
• Load and change rolls for production
• Monitor equipment and make necessary adjustments
• Operate hoists and pallet jacks safely
• Lift materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
