• Appearance: clean cut with no visible tattoos. Well groomed ( Male no beard and Female Hairs tied up )
• Uniform: Clean and press uniform every shift including apron if applicable
• Punctuality: should have a reliable mode of transport to arrive at work on time.
• Team player: should be able to work with different people under stress full situation
• Personality: should be peoples person and able to interact with guests and other team members.
• Professional: should be very professional throughout his/her work shift and while at work location.
• Respectful: should be very respectful towards guests and team members.
• Multi-Tasking: should be able to perform multiple job functions at one time
• Honest: be able to take the responsibility of his/her actions
• Optimistic: positive attitude and be able to take positive constrictive feedback
• Dedicated : should be performance driven better and have drive to move up the leaders (able to learn and adopt changes as they comes and be ready for new challenges
