Join McGreevy NeuroHealth as a Clinical Supervisor specializing in Pain Management and Neurology. In this dynamic role, you will lead a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care to patients in two offices of beautiful Saint Augustine and Palm Coast, FL. Your expertise will help shape our innovative approach to pain management and neurological health.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the pain management and neurology departments.
- Supervise clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Provide training and mentorship to clinical staff on pain management techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain quality assurance.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health education.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, Management or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in pain management or neurology.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Experience working in the procedure room/OR setting
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
