Pizza Shift Leader

We are seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Hands on position. Hard-working. Lead by example.
• Ability to train and direct junior staff
• Good customer communications. Resolve customer issues.
• Ability to follow Riverside Pizza standards and processes.
• Communicate status and store progress with GM
• Ensure high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Adhere to safety and ServSafe regulations.

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Leadership qualities
• Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and workplace emotional intelligence
