What You’ll Do

• Manage full‐cycle bookkeeping
• Handle AP/AR, invoicing, and vendor coordination
• Reconcile bank/credit accounts
• Maintain accurate financial reports
• Support inventory and purchasing
• Keep us audit‐ready and running smoothly

Who You Are

• Fast, accurate, detail‐driven
• Excellent QuickBooks skills, both desktop and online.
• A problem‐solver who loves clean numbers
• Organized, proactive, and ready to own the books

Requirements

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Manufacturing/distribution experience is a plus
