Staffing Specialist/Recruiter

We are seeking an energized, organized, and customer service–driven individual to join our Elkhorn office as a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter. In this highly rewarding role, you’ll make a real impact by helping candidates navigate their job search while partnering closely with our business clients to fill light industrial, skilled trades, semiprofessional, and office positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete new hire and applicant onboarding paperwork
• Interview candidates and conduct background checks and assessments
• Coordinate client interviews and client-specific orientations
• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
  

Qualifications:

• Prior office and/or customer service experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with the sales aspect of recruiting
• Manufacturing knowledge is a plus, but not required
