About the Role:
Enhance Health Care Services Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated LPC-Mental Health Rehabilitation Staff to join our dynamic team in Gonzales, LA. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals struggling with mental health challenges while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide CPST (Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment) for adolescents and adults.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments.
- Conduct regular progress evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and support for clients in distress.
- Educate clients and families on mental health resources and coping strategies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Attend Weekly and Monthly Supervision Sessions with Clinical Director.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in the state of Louisiana.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health rehabilitation or related field.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and treatment plans.
