Counter Sales Representative

As a Counter/Inside Sales Representative, you will oversee the daily operations of the facility. Specific duties include:

· Provide exceptional customer service to businesses and contractors.

· Use your knowledge and technical expertise to promote and generate sales of our water systems and water treatment product lines.

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.

· Proactively contact customers to increase sales activity.

· Schedule and establish delivery dates of products; coordinates with drivers.

· Handle point of sale transactions; complete required paperwork.

· Track and monitor stock levels and inventory; handle annual physical inventory.

· Manage the warehouse staff, work closely with the outside sales representative and other location managers.

Requirements:

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude

· High school diploma/GED coupled with a mechanical aptitude required

· Minimum 3 years customer service/inside sales experience

· Knowledge of water systems/water treatment a plus

· Basic computer (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)

· Willingness to attend product and technical training
