Position: Production Floor Lead (Warehouse/Plastics Manufacturing)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Job Summary:
Balance Staffing is seeking a Production Floor Lead to oversee daily operations on the production floor of a plastics manufacturing warehouse. This role involves managing a team, ensuring safety and productivity, and supporting management with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of production employees.
• Assign employees to machines and daily tasks.
• Communicate company goals, production deadlines, and safety practices.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and motivation.
• Ensure proper breaks and lunch periods are taken.
• Assist with hiring, training, and employee development.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure orders are up to date.
• Keep management informed of team performance and operational issues.
• Enforce health and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of leadership or floor lead experience.
• Strong leadership abilities: decision-making, motivation, goal-setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards.
• Spanish and English speaking preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, some Saturdays as needed
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
