Registered Structural Engineer

Seeking an experienced Registered Structural Engineer (PE or SE) to join our collaborative and technically focused team. This role involves the analysis and design of a wide range of building projects, including new construction, renovation, adaptive reuse, and complex structural modifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design structural systems for projects of varying scale and complexity

• Design using concrete, steel, masonry, heavy timber, and specialty systems

• Apply applicable building codes and standards including IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, and TMS

• Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical specifications

• Coordinate design with architects, engineers, and clients

• Provide construction phase services including RFI responses, submittal reviews, and site observations

• Assist with proposal development and technical scoping

• Mentor junior engineering staff and support quality control efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering

• 6+ years of professional structural engineering experience

• Active PE or SE license

• Proficiency with structural analysis software such as RAM or RISA

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced structural modeling

• Interest or experience in specialty structures or existing building evaluation

• Experience with forensic work or litigation support

• Experience with post tension concrete engineering
