  • Ensures maintenance and repair work is completedsafely, effectively, and in a timely manner.

  • Assiststeam members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks andto delegatethem whenappropriate.

  • Ability toidentifyissues and todeterminerepairs that are needed.

  • Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

  • Drive and perform lift truck safety inspectionchecklistdaily.

  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 Yearexperience preferred in anymanufacturing and maintenance

  • Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

  • Extensive maintenance backgroundrequired.

  • Knowledge of Superba/Heatsetprocessa plus.
