Manage the flow of day-to-day operationsin theHeatsetdepartment.
Organizing shift schedules for team members
Monitoring attendance,tardiness,and time off
Assigning duties to specific employees based onroleandskills.
Supervising employees andassistingwith tasks as necessary
Training new and current team members on tasks
Adhering to company policies and health,safety,and employment standards
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completedsafely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
Assiststeam members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks andto delegatethem whenappropriate.
Ability toidentifyissues and todeterminerepairs that are needed.
Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Drive and perform lift truck safety inspectionchecklistdaily.
Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
1-3 Yearexperience preferred in anymanufacturing and maintenance
Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Extensive maintenance backgroundrequired.
Knowledge of Superba/Heatsetprocessa plus.
