Villager Services is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Services Coordinator to be the friendly face and trusted resource for our residents. Responsibilities
As a key member of our Village Services team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring their needs are handled with care, urgency, and professionalism.
- Act as the go-to resource for resident inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams (Maintenance, Landscape, Security, Admin) to ensure timely service resolution
- Provide clear, consistent updates to residents on service requests
- Track and document requests, complaints, and resolutions with accuracy
- Identify trends in resident needs to help improve operations and planning
- Support community communication efforts and promote village amenities
- Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist with urgent or high-priority service coordination when needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is people-focused, organized, and solutions-driven.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with customer service or service coordination (HOA experience a plus!)
- Familiarity with work order systems (Frontsteps or similar preferred)
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
