Chardon Mancan is partnering with a local company looking for motivated individuals to join their Assembly Department

If youre dependable, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined, and ready to be part of a strong teamthis opportunity is for you!

Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (OT available!)
Pay: $16$20/hr (based on experience)

What Youll Do:
Help meet production & manufacturing goals
Maintain quality standards (QMS)
Assist with general shop upkeep
Manage your workstation, tools & paperwork
Work closely with team members & leadership

What Were Looking For:
High School Diploma or Trade School
CNC training (a plus!)
25 years of manufacturing experience
Independent worker with strong teamwork skills
Mechanically inclined candidates preferred

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Mazak, Haas, DMG Mori, or Doosan machines
Knowledge of ISO processes
Familiarity with calipers & gauges
