OB/GYN Physician – Full-Time (Outpatient + Inpatient Mix)
Setting: Critical Access / Community Hospital
Location: Rural U.S. (Mountain/Outdoors-based community)
Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a well-established, collaborative women’s health team in a community-focused hospital setting. This role offers the opportunity to practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology while maintaining strong autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and an exceptional work–life balance.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care (prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic services)
Manage routine and high-risk obstetric cases as appropriate
Perform gynecologic procedures and office-based treatments
Collaborate with nursing staff and multidisciplinary care teams
Participate in shared call coverage with balanced scheduling
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Deliver patient-centered, community-based care
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for state medical licensure
Comfortable practicing in a rural/community hospital environment
Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills
