What You’ll Do

• Provide urology call coverage, including inpatient and outpatient consults
• Respond to 2-5 patient calls per 24 hours, with in-house call support as needed
• Cover common procedures such as kidney stone management, stent placements, and hematuria evaluations
• Document patient interactions clearly and accurately in the medical record
• Assist with new hospital admissions and inpatient rounding as per unit protocol
• Support clinical team with patient assessments and follow-up care during on-call hours
• Ensure prompt onsite response within 20 minutes for call-backs

What You Need

• Valid active license in Michigan
• Prior experience in urology, surgical, or related specialties preferred
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to respond swiftly within a 20-minute onsite window
• Flexibility to work 12-hour overnight shifts and provide weekend coverage
