Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions
• Emphasize preventive care, routine screenings, and health maintenance
• Educate patients on wellness, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
Active medical license or eligibility for licensure (state-specific)
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
