Physician Oncology-Radiation - Competitive Salary

Opportunity:

MD - Radiation Oncology

Job Details:

• Outpatient clinic-based coverage, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM


• No call, no weekends, and no rounding required


• Strong preference for one full-time locum provider covering all scheduled clinic days; will also consider two locum providers splitting coverage


• Evaluate and manage patients undergoing radiation therapy in an outpatient setting


• Conduct new patient consultations, including review of medical history, imaging, and pathology


• Develop and oversee radiation treatment plans in collaboration with medical physicists and dosimetry teams


• Provide follow-up care and survivorship planning for patients post-treatment


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical oncology, surgery, and support staff


• Coverage required every weekday to ensure continuity of care
