Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Otolaryngologist (ENT Specialist) to diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. This role involves evaluating patients, performing diagnostic tests, and delivering both medical and surgical care.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work effectively in high-pressure environments, and committed to providing high-quality patient-centered care. Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical expertise are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, face, and neck
• Examine patients and perform diagnostic tests related to hearing, speech, and balance disorders
• Manage conditions such as sinusitis, infections, tumors, and structural abnormalities
• Treat nosebleeds and perform procedures including tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies
• Provide care for patients with impaired or altered sense of smell
• Diagnose and treat head and neck tumors and related conditions
• Perform surgical procedures, including:

Sinus surgeries
Thyroid and parathyroid surgeries
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current and valid medical license (state-specific requirement)
• Master’s degree or equivalent medical qualification (MD/DO preferred)
• Board certification or board eligibility in Otolaryngology
• Credentialing and privileging in accordance with medical staff bylaws
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent visual acuity and spatial awareness

Compensation

• Annual Salary: $329,789 – $420,160
