‍⚕️ About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Rheumatologist (MD/DO) to join a dynamic outpatient setting in Salem, OR

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality care to patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions. You’ll work independently while collaborating with a supportive care team focused on clinical excellence and compassionate service

What You’ll Do

✨ Evaluate, diagnose & manage adult patients with rheumatologic conditions
Perform in-office procedures (joint aspirations & injections)
Create and oversee personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers
Review labs & imaging to guide care decisions
️ Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Participate in shared outpatient call (No inpatient duties!)
Support program development & quality initiatives
️ Educate patients on conditions & lifestyle management

✅ What You Bring

✔️ MD/DO (Board Certified or Eligible)
✔️ 2+ years of Rheumatology experience
✔️ Active Oregon Medical License (or ability to obtain)
✔️ Current DEA license
✔️ Strong EMR & technical proficiency
✔️ Excellent communication & teamwork skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
