### Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing (Locums-to-Perm)
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Setting: Outpatient + minimal inpatient
• Patient Volume: ~22/day, 2‚Äì3 new consults
• EMR: Epic
• Call: 2 nights/week (5p‚Äì8a)
• Weekend Call: Every other weekend (Fri 5p ‚Äì Mon 8a)
• Will accept multiple providers: Not specified
### Requirements
• Board Certified Hematology/Oncology
• Completed Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
• Active KY license (highly preferred)
• BLS and ACLS
• COVID vaccination
• Clean history
• NPDB (within 30 days)
### Clinical Details
• 100% adult patient population
• 70% Oncology / 30% Hematology
• Outpatient-focused with limited inpatient consults
• Intrathecal chemotherapy required
• Intracavitary chemotherapy highly preferred
### Compensation
