Compensation: $320,000 – $350,000 + Incentives

She Recruits is partnering with a hospital-employed urology practice seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Urologist to join an established team serving a broad regional population.

This opportunity offers flexibility for a physician interested in general urology, with the option to incorporate subspecialty interests if desired.

Practice Overview

• Hospital-employed position
• Established patient panel
• Dedicated OR block time
• APP support
• 1:4 call rotation
• Approximately 20 patients per day

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urologic care
• Perform inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures
• Manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
