• Experience: Prior oncology or hematology experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide patient care for hematology and oncology patients in a dedicated center
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12–15 patients daily
• Conduct new patient assessments and follow-up visits
• Collaborate with a team of providers, including 3 permanent oncology specialists
• Handle light call responsibilities, primarily via phone (2–5 calls per week) for established patients
• Participate in treatment planning, medication management, and patient education
• Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records

What You Need
Required:

• Active Virginia Nurse Practitioner license
• Experience in oncology or hematology preferred
• Strong communication and patient management skills

Preferred:

• Long-term commitment and local driving distance candidates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
