As a Registered Nurse in the Medical Step-Down unit, you will play a critical role in caring for patients who require a higher level of observation and care than a general medical-surgical unit can provide. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive the best possible outcomes during their recovery process.

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Medical Step-Down unit
• Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• BSN or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association preferred
