Job Summary:

As an MLT, you’ll be the detective behind the scenes—running tests, analyzing samples, and helping clinicians make accurate diagnoses (no magnifying glass required, but attention to detail is a must).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and other specimens
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
• Follow quality control procedures and lab safety protocols
• Prepare and process specimens for testing
• Document and report results in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent MLT experience
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
