This is Shubham and I am a Senior Associate at Pride Health. We are hiring a Credentialing Specialist to support our client’s medical facility based in New York, NY 10029. This is a 13 week assignment a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!


Job Details:

Job Title: Credentialing Specialist 

Location: New York, NY 10029

Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Duration: 13 weeks


W2 pay: $26/hr - $28/hr


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating all aspects of provider credentialing, including initial appointment, reappointment, credential audits, as well as clinical privileging for Medical Staff, Allied Health Professionals, and all other providers as outlined in the corporate policy and procedures, or hospital bylaws.
  • Utilize MDStaff credentialing software application to perform and monitor all credentialing/background checks, while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.
  • Responsible for interpretation and compliance with the appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies, while developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the statues and laws relating to credentialing. 


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Bachelors is required.
