Director of Nursing

We are looking for a Director of Nursing ( DNS or DON ) for a nursing home near Central Islip NY.

Must have director of nursing or assistant director of nursing experience!

Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Supervising and reviewing nursing staff
• Overseeing the department budgets
• Reporting to high-level staff members
• Maintaining high standards of care
• Managing patients' data and medical records

Director of Nursing Qualifications:

• Previous experience as director of nursing ( DON / DNS ) in a nursing home setting
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
