As the construction industry increasingly prioritizes American-made technology and secure platforms, we are expanding our team and seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Manager to grow relationships within the construction and surveying markets.
This role is ideal for individuals who have sold technology or equipment to construction / heavy civil or have experience working in construction, civil engineering, land surveying, GIS/mapping, or mining industries. This position is based in Hilliard, Ohio.
What You Will Do
- Develop and manage relationships with construction companies, general contractors, earthwork contractors, and surveying firms
- Identify opportunities where U.S.-made drone technology can improve jobsite visibility, progress tracking, volumetrics, and overall project efficiency
- Lead consultative sales engagements, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and closing
- Position American-made drone platforms as a strategic advantage for compliance, reliability, and long-term investment
- Translate drone capabilities into real-world outcomes such as reduced rework, faster data collection, and improved project timelines
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline within the construction and survey markets
- Represent the company at industry conferences and live events
Ideal Background
We strongly encourage applicants with experience in:
Construction or heavy civil sales (preferred)
- Selling into general contractors, subcontractors, or infrastructure companies
- Experience with or exposure to:
- Drone technology
- LiDAR payloads
- Jobsite data capture workflows
- Working for or alongside Topcon, Trimble, Leica, or similar providers
- Managing $500K–$2M+ annual sales quotas
- Engaging both field teams and executive decision-makers

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote drones, payloads, software, training and support as a total customer solution.
- Build long-term relationships within a territory.
- Meet & Exceed Monthly Sales Targets.
- Develop & execute a sales strategy for the territory
- Enter weekly call notes and sales tracker.
- Conduct online webinars and group demonstrations.
- Attend national and regional trade shows and association meetings to prospect for new customers.
- Provide timely follow up on each sale to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
Qualifications:
- FAA Part 107 Certification
- 2+ years of B2B or technical sales experience, preferably in construction or related industries
- Demonstrated success in new account, lead creation, and sales
- Ability to manage sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Willingness to learn about the products we sell
- Positive attitude and a sales-oriented personality
- Business-like, professional appearance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required
- Must have a Competitive spirit and be Money Motivated, plus be a mature Self-Starter
