About the Role:
Join Renzoni Vineyards Inc as a Wine Club Office/Server, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our valued wine club members. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about wine and customer service to enhance our team in beautiful Temecula, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to wine club members and guests.
- Assist with wine club events, tastings, and member communications.
- Process wine club orders and manage inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized tasting room and office area.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging wine club experiences.
- Educate guests about our wines and vineyard history.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Support marketing efforts to grow our wine club membership.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Publisher. Technologically proficient.
- Knowledge of wine, wine regions, and wine-making processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid ID.
- Availability to work weekdays/weekends and holidays as needed.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
