Position Overview:

As a Team Lead, you will work closely with our team members to execute the Build phase of home remodeling projects, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for maintaining project timelines, upholding safety standards, and delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute the build phase of residential remodeling projects
• Lead and mentor associate team members, helping develop their skills
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Maintain project timelines and coordinate tasks efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the Meetinghouse Builders team
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean job site

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling or construction
• Strong finish and rough carpentry skills and hands-on experience in all phases of home remodeling
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide an apprentice
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
