About Facility:
o Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin is licensed as a 140-bed, acute care facility located in Milledgeville, Georgia providing 24/7 emergency services, radiology services, women's services and general medical and surgical services to the 150,000 residents living in Baldwin and surrounding counties.
Department Information:
o Census? Average patients/day? 10-12 Patients per therapist per day.
o Minimum Years of Experience required? Prefer 1 year of relevant experience, New Grads are welcome to apply
o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o orthopedics, debility, spinal cord, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, fractures, post-op, cardiac
Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
o Licensed in the state of Georgia, BLS
Skills required:
o Ability to treat above common diagnoses and work independently with minimal oversight.
Support within the Department:
o The Rehab department has 3 Teammates working daily with Lead therapists on site.
Technology/Equipment:
o EMR: EPIC
o Department specific Equipment:

Orientation (facility and unit):
o NEO
o 3-5 days departmental (depending on relevant experience)
Scheduling:
o Weekend rotation: available but not required
o On call? If so, what is that schedule? No
o Holiday Expectations: No
o RTO Requests: If participating in SimpliFi Clinical Interviewing – can we approve up to 7 days of RTO on your behalf, if traveler extends contract to accommodate? Yes
o Shift times: 5-8 s
