Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• BLS required
• Previous infection prevention, employee health, or occupational health experience preferred
• Knowledge of CDC guidelines and infection control standards
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee health services and occupational health programs
• Conduct health screenings, immunizations, and exposure follow-up
• Monitor and track infectious diseases and reportable conditions
• Develop and implement infection prevention policies and protocols
• Perform surveillance and audits to ensure compliance
• Educate staff on infection control practices and safety standards
• Investigate exposures and outbreaks and recommend interventions
• Maintain accurate records and regulatory documentation
