Hours: 36 hours per week (guaranteed, up to 40 as needed)
Setting: Outpatient (Pediatric)

 

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) with pediatric experience to join a dynamic outpatient team. This role focuses on providing individualized therapy to children with a variety of developmental and orthopedic conditions, helping them achieve functional independence and improved quality of life.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, flexible, and comfortable working in both outpatient and occasional inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with diverse conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage a caseload of approximately 8–10 patients per day
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
• Provide education to families on therapy goals and progress

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
• Pediatric experience required
• Active Physical Therapist license (required at submission)
• BLS Certification (AHA required)
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
