Residential Property Manager

The Residential Property Manager oversees large apartment complexes, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction. This role involves managing leases, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining compliance with housing regulations while fostering positive tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Oversee lease management including renewals and compliance
• Coordinate maintenance requests and supervise timely repairs
• Collect rent and handle delinquencies efficiently
• Perform regular property inspections to maintain standards
• Manage vendor contracts and service delivery
• Resolve conflicts between tenants or with management
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety compliance
• Prepare and submit operational reports to stakeholders
• Ensure optimal occupancy rates by working with off-site marketing team

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property management
• Associate's Degree in Business or related field
• Must be familiar with ApFolio property management software
