The Role
We are seeking a high-energy, "hustle-first" Outside Sales Representative to spearhead our local market expansion. In this role, you will be the face of Servicesrep, visiting local automotive shops and demonstrating how our app can transform their business.
This is a 100% commission-based role designed for a self-starter who wants to control their own income. With a high payout of $522 USD per closed deal, top performers have the potential for significant weekly earnings. (Pay is based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Field Prospecting: Conduct 10–15 "warm" walk-in visits per day to local automotive workshops and garages.
- Product Demonstrations: Perform live demos of the Servicesrep app, highlighting ease of use in scheduling, invoicing, and CRM.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term trust with "blue-collar" business owners who value honesty and direct communication.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Move leads from initial interest through to the trial and onboarding phase.
- Market Feedback: Act as a bridge between the customer and our product team, reporting common objections and feature requests.
What We’re Looking For

- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in "boots-on-the-ground" sales (industrial, automotive, or small business services) is a major asset.
- Communication: Ability to explain technical software in simple, value-driven terms to non-technical users.
- Self-Management: Highly organized, punctual, and capable of managing a daily route without a manager looking over your shoulder.
