JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified in Vascular & Interventional Radiology [Required]
• Licenses: Active ND license or Universal License (IMLC) [Required]
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS [Required]
• Experience: Completion of IR residency or fellowship; experience with all listed procedures [Required]
• Other Qualifications: Availability at name clear; Clean malpractice history; NPDB self-query within 30 days; Completed procedure checklist.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide interventional radiology services including diagnostic and therapeutic vascular interventions, biopsies, drainages, and line placements.
• Perform procedures such as angiography, angioplasty, stenting, embolization, and other listed IR procedures.
• Take evening call (4p-8a) on weekdays and 24-hour call on weekends, responding to emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, support staff, and radiology team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR.
