What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our facility runs safely, efficiently, and without interruption. No two days are the same—you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and improve advanced manufacturing systems across the plant.
- Diagnose and repair electrical (up to 460V), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform testing to ensure optimal performance
- Execute preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance with precision and urgency
- Partner with production teams to adjust equipment based on schedules and demand
- Support fabrication projects using lathes, mills, and welding equipment
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime
- Contribute to continuous improvement and facility upgrade projects
- Work with PLCs and VFDs (Allen Bradley experience highly valued)
- Expand your skills through ongoing training and certification opportunities
- 2-year technical degree (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems
- Experience with PLCs/VFDs (Allen Bradley preferred)
- HVAC experience is a plus
- A proactive mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenges
- $34–$37/hour + 5% quarterly bonus potential
