What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our facility runs safely, efficiently, and without interruption. No two days are the same—you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and improve advanced manufacturing systems across the plant.

• Diagnose and repair electrical (up to 460V), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform testing to ensure optimal performance
• Execute preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance with precision and urgency
• Partner with production teams to adjust equipment based on schedules and demand
• Support fabrication projects using lathes, mills, and welding equipment
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime
• Contribute to continuous improvement and facility upgrade projects
• Work with PLCs and VFDs (Allen Bradley experience highly valued)
• Expand your skills through ongoing training and certification opportunities

What You Bring

• 2-year technical degree (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems
• Experience with PLCs/VFDs (Allen Bradley preferred)
• HVAC experience is a plus
• A proactive mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenges
