Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy services that help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Vermont occupational therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
- Experience providing home health or in-home therapy services preferred.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working independently in a multidisciplinary home care or hospice team.
- Familiarity with documentation systems used in home health care.
Assignment Details
- Work days: Monday - Friday.
- Up to 40 hours per week providing in-home therapy services.
- Must be able to travel locally and provide therapy in patients' homes; reliable transportation required.

Impacting Patient Care
Provide patient-centered in-home occupational therapy services that maximize independence and safety. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to create and implement treatment plans that address functional goals and discharge needs. Document care accurately and communicate with clinical and administrative staff to support continuity of care.
