Become a vital part of the care team as an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist in Scranton, PA. You will accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images for a regional hospital. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with radiology staff to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT Technologist experience required.
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (JRCERT or equivalent).
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience working in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Experience with Phillips Ingenuity CT or GE CT systems preferred.
- Willingness to float to other nearby facilities as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- CT Certification preferred.
- Prior experience taking on-call responsibilities preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 2300–0700.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, five 8-hour shifts per week.
- Floating required to a nearby affiliated facility.
- On-call responsibilities possible.
