Location: Temple / Villa Rica, GA Area

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: In-Office (Not Remote or Hybrid)Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Order Entry / Estimating Clerk to join a fast-paced office environment. This role is responsible for accurately entering and managing sales orders, supporting the estimating team, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter sales orders into internal systems in a timely manner

Serve as a liaison between departments including Customer Service, Scheduling, and Estimating

Create and manage job numbers for customer orders

Update and maintain customer shipping and contact information

Review, verify, and audit order entries for accuracy

Assist in training new team members on order entry processes

Make updates, corrections, and adjustments to orders as needed

Research and resolve discrepancies in orders

Support tax-related data entry updates when necessary

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Provide coverage for team members as needed

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

2–3 years of relevant experience required (order entry, estimating, or similar role)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Basic blueprint reading and measurement/conversion knowledge preferred

Requirements

Must be able to work fully in-office (no remote or hybrid)

Background check required

10-panel drug screen required
