Job Description

·                     Research, develop, and implement innovative recruiting and staffing solutions to attract top talent across the organization

·                     Partner with outside vendors to source and recruit high-level candidates for critical roles

·                     Collaborate with internal business leaders to define detailed job descriptions and position requirements

·                     Coordinate and manage the full interview process from scheduling through candidate selection

·                     Facilitate seamless on-boarding experiences for newly hired employees

Key Requirements 

·                     Proven HR recruiting experience within the manufacturing or construction industry

·                     Demonstrated ability to recruit engineering professionals preferred

·                     BS degree required
